East Dorset Heritage Trust (EDHT) is an environmental education charity established for over 20 years in Wimborne and providing our services to the surrounding areas of East Dorset. 
In addition to the Trust's core activities of Heritage walks, talks and visits, we also
host a range of courses as well as offering room hire, in the charm of a Georgian building, for meetings, conferences or training. 
Our computer training suite is equipped with the latest software, broadband internet, digital projector and interactive whiteboard.
We are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

EDHT Annual Report 2012

Following a very succesful Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 16th May the Trust's Annual Report & Accounts has been published. Copies were available at the AGM and will also be made available at Allendale House. A downloadable copy is available in the Downloads section of this website.

New Art Course - The Glasgow Boys

The Glasgow Boys were a group of varied Scottish Artists with affiliations to Glasgow, who took their work out of the city to explore the countryside and villages throughout Scotland.  Their painting is a unique take on Impressionism and amongst their members were two very innovative and successful artists, Sir John Lavery and Sir James Guthrie. On Friday 15th & 22nd June the Trust will be offering and art appreciation course studying their life and work.
