This course unpacks the amazing benefits of pure essential oils for supporting our wellbeing. What are essential oils? Why should I use them? And, when and how can I use them? – all these questions are answered in a fun and interactive learning experience. The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as people wanting to further their knowledge. An introductory kit of essential oils as well as take home gifts and you will even learn a hand massage technique.
